I am being treated for a torn Meniscus, this is the second time in the same knee. I had a previous surgery. The Dr. gave me a cortisone shot about a montyh ago and remarked that it would tell us if there was a tear or not.
All the cortisone did was show me exactly where the meniscus is, all the pain localized there. I couldn't walk the first day as expected, but for the next three weeks it would be a constant ache. Was that what he meant?
