Yes you can.diclofenac is a nsaid (like advil) and paracetamol is tylenol. I suggest to take the paracetamol and 2 hours later diclofenac.Do not consume more than 4000mg paracetamol per 24 hour period.While dicolfenac is easier on the stomach, you still might want to take something to protect your stomach- zantac, pepcid, etc.
