Why does my shoulder crack when i rotate it?

Why does my shoulder crack when i rotate it?
when ever i rotate my shoulder it cracks. My right shoulder actually. my left shoulder doesnt do it at all. I am a competitive swimmer, so I donr know if it is just swimmers shoulder.What is wrong with my shoulder any advice or anything i could do to help it

What strokes do you do in swimming?Swimmers often strengthen only parts of their shoulders because of the strokes they do.If the popping isn't painful, it is probably because our subscapularis is tight, which pulls on the tendons on the joints in the shoulder, causing a popping/cracking feel. These muscles are probably very tight also, which causes your shoulders to roll forwards. do push-ups the loosen and strengthen them. If you cant do push-ups, do them standing up, against the wall.   2. You know, mine does too. And I can dislocate it whenever I feel like it (only the right side). I think that it's normal, as long as it doesn't hurt.
