Did i injure my achillies tendon?

so around last christmas i was skated and i attempted a trick of a dock that was around 4 and a half feet high and i rolled my ankle i was
able to barely walk on it.when i go home i just iced it and and used an
aircast.around 1 week later it hurt to skate but i still did.then just yesterday i rolled it again and now the back of my heel hurts more than my actuall ankle...... if i did injure my achillies tendon how can i fix it?

I am 16, and this week I've been on spring break. I sleep 9+ hours per night, and take one or two naps a day, each nap being between 1 and 3 hours. I loovvvee sleeping. Is it bad to sleep this much though? I fall alseep quickly, it seems like my body needs it.

I have been a caregiver for a little over 3 years now and I was thinking of becoming an LPN. There is a high school program for seniors and adults down the road from me that is accredited through the Nursing Board of Virginia. I know most jobs are found in nursing homes but for some reason I just love home health/hospice care. I like working in the clients homes making them as comfortable as possible, and I really like getting to know an individual on a personal level. My question is...is it realistic to find a job in home health as an LPN?

im having really bad pain and discomfort in my epigastric region and pelvic region?? i dont know if this is normal or not or whats going on but i need to know what the possibilties are if somethings wrong and if anyoone knows what it might be??
