Is it bad to sleep all the time?

Is it bad to sleep all the time?
Is it bad to sleep all the time?
I am 16, and this week I've been on spring break. I sleep 9+ hours per night, and take one or two naps a day, each nap being between 1 and 3 hours. I loovvvee sleeping. Is it bad to sleep this much though? I fall alseep quickly, it seems like my body needs it.

  1. well I think you're maybe getting a bit too much of sleeping.when you sleep a lot you're body gets even more tired so i would advise you to get up and go do something for awhile even if your body objects and wants to go back to sleep.stay healthy!

  2. well, its not bad.. you are tired and didn't have enough time to sleep and its spring break SLEEP MORE...just be sure you dont sleep right after eating...
