Are there local anesthetics that you can make or buy legally?

3 times so far, I've come across some that require stitches and i am pretty much the medic of the group so i might as well be prepared to stitch up a wound. it would prevent us from having to drive to a hospital and spend all that money and ruin the day since we would have to leave...

Ela max is the best one and you usually have to get it fron the farmacy counter but you don't need prescription as far as I know. Last time I bought it was two years ago.Call any pharmacy and ask.
