i've hurt my back somehow. it's been painful since monday now
i have a constant pain in my lower back. and it keeps shooting pains round my waist. is it right that it's still hurting this much or should it of worn off by now? i can't put up with this much longer!

Depends on you age,you may have a trapped nerveor triggered an underlying arthritisproblem, see your doc.Mines started like that and nowmy spine is twisted, 24hrs a day it is sorehope yours is not as bad,so as I said see the Doc. good luck...
