Is it okay to take zyrtec and tylenol sinus at the same time?

Is it okay to take zyrtec and tylenol sinus at the same time?
I have a bad cat allergy and I am sick. I'm not sure if it is okay to take them at the same time.

    No, neither one is safe to take. Read the precautions.
