  1. well if by offline you must mean a store or pharmacy, right? This is legal and the safest way to do it.

  2. Yea right. You have nothing better tyo do then ask hypothetical questions. If you do not go to Dr. and get script at least once to same it is illegal anywhere in world. what you get online is counterfeit like aspirin or nothing ever comes. Why would anyone sell pills online when is interstate crime like coke or heroin and have no profit margin like others. go to rehab before you are out of teens.

  4. This is a tricky one. To legally possess pain killers, you must have a prescription from a medical doctor, or equivalent. So, you can go to a pharmacy, online, or anywhere else and order them. But, as soon as you receive them, you are breaking the law. If they come from out of state or out of country, then you could also face federal drug charges. It is illegal for the company to give them to you w/o a prescription. However, most of them are not in the US, so they don't really have to obey these. They ship them, and figure if you get in trouble, oh well. The other problem is that many of those drugs are not monitored when they are manufactured. So they may not contain exactly the amount or even the right drug. They could be dangerous. The problem is that it is really hard to know until something goes wrong.Short answer: it is illegal for you to possess the drugs w/o a script. Source(s): I'm a doctor
