What can I do to pep up?

What can I do to pep up?
My boss makes me take my lunch at 11:AM everyday! By 2:PM I am so drowsey I can barely hold my eyes open. I'm in and out all day apprasing Boats, Motorcycles, and Automobiles, but whenever I sit down at my desk my head almost hits the table. What can I do to put some pep in my step?

  1. If your lunch isn't holding you over then you are probably not getting enough fiber. Make sure you eat a healthy well-balanced lunch, like a sandwich on whole grain bread with a banana. Skip any processed foods, sugary snacks or white bread because those will cause your blood sugar to skyrocket and then when it plummets (in your case, 2PM) you crash. So, whole grains, fruits and veggies will help!

  4. Drink lots of water and keep a few healthy snacks at your desk.

  5. Drink coffee, and/or take a pill called Phentramine.My daily routine, and I'm bouncing all around.
