What happens if you find a small bug in your childs ear?

    If you got it out, nothing. It happens, get over it. If it's stuck in there, pour in rubbing alcohol and drown it, then tilt the kids head to pour it out. the alcohol evaporates harmlessly fairly quick.

    You go to a doctor to have the child checked.
