  1. I've been sick with the flu this whole week, so I never got a sore throat, but I can be a little bit of a help.First answerer is probably right, probably something that you ate. What did you eat before the nighttime? Ask yourself that. It could have triggered diarrhea. Your sore throat is also probably the beginning of a cold. Just start drinking lots of fluids and rest. That's ALL I had to do with the flu, and trust me it has not been just a walk in the park. Not like an ordinary cold either...that's why we need flu shots, so we don't get these horrible things plaguing us. But, yeah, really, there is NO MEDICINE FOR COLDS AND FLU. Really, the most you could do for a cold is rest, fluids, healthy eating...just relax, you'll get better.CONCLUSION:Probably something you ate the night before, start of a tummy problem, start of a cold. 2. It sounds like you have double trouble. The diarrhea is probably either due to something you ate or a 'stomach bug', the sore throat could be the beginning of a cold. Drink lots of fluids, take a flu medicine and sleep alot. Hot steamy showers will help with congestion, and chicken soup is great. It will pass in another day or 2.
