yesterday the right side of my jaw started hurting, especially when i chew. does it need to pop?? i have no clue what's going on here. i started wearing my retainer yesterday and i haven't been wearing it in a while, could that have caused it?

i have been having the same problem, except mine cracks all the time. i think that it may be because of your retainer though because i haven't worn mine in a while either and i noticed that my jaw was doing the same thing. i started wearing my retainer again though and my jaw still hurts... so I'm not sure what to tell you... sorry, = ) . i think that you might want to go to the dentist and have them check it out. i think i will do the same... well good luck hun! = D
