Owch ..My Muscles hurt :( ?
I had a really crazy dance class a couple days ago and i have an audition in a couple days ! please how can i stop my muscles aching :( ?

  1. Take a hot bath with 2c. of dissolved Epsom salts. Soak for 30 minutes. The Epsom salts will help eliminate the lactic acid that forms on the muscles from over exertion. Massage an analgesic cream into the sore muscles. Dehydration can cause severe pain in the muscles. I recommend you drink purified water mixed with Mineral Water 50/50. This will replace the minerals that are exiting your body continuously.   2. you cant have stretched properly if your muscles are so painful. you will have totally strained them.lie in a hot bath with some soothing bubble bath. you could also buy some deep heat to rub onto your sore muscles.

  4. Take a long hot bath and relax and maybe some pain killers if need be.

  5. Relax in a nice hot bath and rub in some deep heat or similar (all available over the counter) If you dont feel this is working go to your GP who can perscribe appropriate pain killers.Hope you get better soon!

  6. Try Icyhot. It is sooooo goood. I love it, every time I have the same perblem I always use it. I love it.
