I have this sharp pain that kinda feels like pinching located on my back. Its on the right upper side- on my shoulder blade. I feel it everytime I go to pick up or lay down my daughter. (Just gave birth a month ago.) Although I don't think this pain has anything to do with my pregnancy. I do think its possible that I hurt it trying to lift a big screen t.v. with my husband. I tried muscle rub--but i definitely think that its not a pulled muscle. Its not a constant pain either. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions on what this could be and what I could do about it?
