Why does my lower back ache when i jog?

Why does my lower back ache when i jog?
i recently had physio-therapy for plantar-fasciitis in my feet so i wasnt able to play football for about 6 weeks.to get fitness ive been jogging but when i do my lower back aches.i never used to get this before i had the six-week lay off. it comes on after about 7-8 minutes...
im 18,male,13stone,5ft 10in
is this just my back not used to it or should i go to the doctors because this never happened a few weeks ago!
but i also noticed that when i played football last week(first time after the lay-off) on astro-turf i didnt notice it.could it be the hard pavement or something??

help much appreciated!!

  1. plantar-fasciitis as you know is some times caused by being over Weight and or exercise you are not used to. It sounds like jogging is too much at the moment on hard surfaces, not only will this aggravate your plantar-fasciitis it will as you are finding out put pressure on the soft plates between your vertebrae. Correctly fitting shoes are essential and maybe a kidney belt would help, start walking with proper boots made for walking to ease the pain of plantar-fasciitis ,always pick steep hills to walk up, and time yourself. the next day try to beat your time, and as you get fitter and you can start jogging again.jogging will always put pressure on your joints , also don't forget the person who invented jogging died of a heart attack
