I am a 17 year old male. I play hockey a lot and also work out and am very active. In October I herniated two discs in my back, at L5-S1 and L4-L5. I have had bad left leg pain since, (sciatica.) I did over 6 weeks of physical therapy and saw no results.I also did about 4 sessions of spinal decompression and have taken many NSAID's and still have no results. I have also rested for a long period of time.My doctor recommeneded surgery,(microdisectomy) or injections. My parents are trying to find a conservative route. Does anyone have experiece with this or have advice? Anything help is appreciated, thank you
