So I'm 15 (if it matters) and awhile ago I noticted that its sore in my lower left knee. I have know I idea how this happend but I'm really worried. My mom said it looked a little swolen. Is this knee cancer? No one in my family has ever had any time of cancer though. Please I need answers I'm really worried!

Its probably not cancer, so dont worry about that.It could be that you caused some sort of damage too it by working it too hard, or making a sudden movement. Rest it for a while with some ice and try not to work is too hard, and you should be fine in a couple of days.
