What are the ways to maintain a healthy musculoskeletal system?

  1. Exercise.Both a combination of aerobic (i.e. running, biking, swimming, sports) and anaerobic (i.e. lifting weights) exercise.And just keeping active.Walk whenever you can, whenever you can. Stand whenever possible, instead of sitting.And other stuff lol. Oh yes, and eat healthy!State of mind also helps. Think healthy, be healthy!Green tea. Just because I like green tea =D
